In case of any abnormal phenomenon during the operation of the air compressor, the cause of the fault must be found out immediately, the fault must be eliminated immediately, and the air compressor can not be used again until it is repaired. Do not continue to use blindly, resulting in unpredictable losses.

Air compressor troubleshooting reference table:

Fault phenomenon Possible reasons Measures
Air compressor cannot be started 1. The fuse is blown Find the electrical personnel to repair and replace
2. Starting electrical parts fault
3. The start button is not in good contact
4. Poor circuit contact
5. Voltage is too low
6. Main motor failure
7. Air end failure (Air end has abnormal sound, local hot)
8. Phase failure of power supply
9. Fan motor overload
When the running current is high, the air compressor will stop automatically (main motor overheating alarm) 1. Voltage is too low 1. Find electrical personnel to check
2. Too high discharge pressure 2. Check / adjust pressure parameters
3. Oil-gas separator is blocked 3. Replace with new separator element
4. Compressor air end failure 4. Disassembly and inspection of air end
5. Circuit failure 5. Find electrical personnel to check
Discharge temperature is lower than the normal requirement 1. Thermostat valve failure 1. Overhaul, clean or replace the valve element
2. No load for too long 2. Increase air consumption or shut down the compressor
3. Discharge temperature sensor failure 3. Check and replace
4. The intake valve failed and the suction port is not fully opened 4. Cleaning and replace
Oil content of the discharged air is large 1. Oil-gas separator is damaged 1. Replace with new parts
2. The one-way oil return valve is blocked 2. Clean the check valve
3. Excessive lubricating oil 3. Drain some cooling oil
Oil content of the discharged air is large 1. Air filter is blocked 1. Blow out impurities or replace with new parts
2. Oil-gas separator is blocked 2. Replace with new parts
3. Air leakage of solenoid valve 3. Clean or replace with new parts
4. Leakage of air pipeline components 4. Inspection and repair
5. Belt slips and is too loose 5. Replace new parts and tension belt
6. Intake valve cannot be fully opened 6. Clean and replace damaged parts
Spit oil from the air filter after shutdown The check valve spring in the intake valve fails or the check valve sealing ring is damaged Replace damaged component
Safety valve action 1. The safety valve is used for a long time and the spring is tired 1. Replace or reset
2. Oil-gas separator is blocked 2. Replace with new parts
3. Pressure control failure and high working pressure 3. Check and reset
